Full Job Description

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Administrative Services Order Specialist I for our Columbus, Ohio location.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing excellent customer service for sales reps, customers, and internal staff as calls are received
Manages the flow of orders held in order maintenance queue according to the assigned schedule
Responsible for managing the hold for orders in the pending submissions queue
Responds same day to all voicemails, emails, and Teams messages received within working hours the same day
Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrative Services Trainer, Administrative Services Assistant Manager, or Administrative Services Manager

Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
0-1 years experience in a customer service, clerical, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (AX, Excel, Word, etc)
The ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form
The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period

This role is Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
