Contract Cleaner – Ace of Maids

Job Summary

Ace of Maids is seeking reliable, timely, and detail-oriented Contract Cleaners to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services around the Columbus, OH area.

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION. You will work as an independent Contract Cleaner on behalf of Ace of Maids.

We make it easier for cleaners to make more money, find more work, and make their own schedule. Ace of Maids finds the customers and handles the administrative side of the business. You focus on providing an excellent cleaning experience.

How It Works

We find the customers.
You don't have to spend your time searching for leads or following up with potential customers. We send you cleaning opportunities after the customer has already booked.

You choose the jobs you want.
Tell us when you're available and which cleaning jobs you prefer. You have the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

We handle the hassle.
Ace of Maids handles customer service, payments, reviews, and scheduling so you can focus on showing up and doing a great job.

Pay & Earning Potential

Contract Cleaners can expect to earn approximately $25–$40 per hour, depending on factors such as property size, cleaning frequency, initial cleanliness, number of bedrooms, and requested add-on services.

Your earning percentage increases as you complete more jobs with Ace of Maids:

First 50 jobs: Earn 50% of the total job
Jobs 51–100: Earn 52% of the total job
100+ jobs: Earn 55% of the total job

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Complete custodial tasks such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies when required.
Follow Ace of Maids cleaning guidelines and established protocols to provide consistent, high-quality service.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Arrive on time and complete assigned cleaning services within the expected timeframe.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while working in clients' homes and businesses.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with residential, commercial, custodial, or professional cleaning preferred.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for a variety of surfaces and environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
