Cats Only Veterinary Clinic is the original, full service veterinary hospital, dedicated to the care and treatment of cats.

We're walking the Cat Caper 5K, we're Zooming Continuing Education or attending it in person - excited to share what we've learned with each other AND our community. We need another veterinary receptionist to be a front-and-center representative for our hospital, helping our clients and their cats.

You are our candidate if:

* You are a team-player who follows directions and gets things done meticulously

* You are attentive to details

* You enjoy communicating with an array of people, face-to-face as well as on the phone and via email

* You are responsible, accountable, and never blame or make excuses

* You are reliable and can anticipate the needs of our clients and your coworkers

* You are great at multi-tasking and can change priorities at a moment's notice

* You are consistent in your skills and tasks

* You have a knowledge of computers, telephones, and other office equipment

* You present yourself in a polished, professional manner

Duties will include:

* Being our primary communication (telephone, email, texting) representative

* Obtaining/recording pertinent medical data and retrieving medical records and assuring accuracy

* Preparing and sending all forms of communique to our clients - from appointment confirmations to thank you cards.

* Monitoring and selling over-the-counter veterinary products

* Collecting and recording fees

* Maintaining daily accounting records

* And much more....
