Head of Marketing

Location: Columbus, OH
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for a growing multifamily organization. This leadership role will oversee brand management, digital marketing, advertising, communications, and resident engagement efforts while supporting the company's continued growth and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and occupancy growth.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, website content, and online reputation management.
Partner with operations and executive leadership to create marketing plans that support business objectives and community performance.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing ROI.
Manage marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, creative assets, and promotional initiatives.
Lead branding efforts to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all communities and platforms.
Mentor and collaborate with team members while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Experience in multifamily, real estate, hospitality, property management, or a related industry preferred.
Strong background in digital marketing, brand strategy, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
