STNA/ CNA/ Home Health Aide / Caregiver $17/hr + GUARANTEED $1.50/hr Bonus After 30+ Hours

Pay & Benefits

$17.00 per hour base pay
PLUS a GUARANTEED $1.50 per hour bonus for all hours worked over 30 hours per week
Effective rate of $18.50/hr for hours above 30
Bonus eligibility with 30+ hours worked per week
Mileage reimbursement
Steady clients and consistent hours
Supportive management team

Weekly Bonus Qualification

Caregivers qualify for the weekly bonus by:

Working a minimum of 30+ hours per week
Completing all scheduled shifts
No call-offs or unexcused absences during the bonus week

Bonus is paid bi-weekly and reflected on your paycheck.

Job Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
Provide companionship and safety supervision
Light housekeeping and laundry (no deep cleaning)
Prepare light meals and assist with errands as needed

Qualifications

Compassionate and dependable
Prior caregiving or home health experience preferred (training available)
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
