We are looking for a motivated individual with landscape experience who can meet the requirements listed below. The job is 4 days a week, 10 hour days. The more experience you have the better the pay. Minimum experience requirement is 2 years in the Landscape industry or alike. Construction experience preferred.

** Position is currently Temporary, offered Now-December 18 2026, with opportunity to stay employed upon 'performance review after 90 days of employment. **

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
Knowledge of hardscape Techniques and best practices
General knowlege of tools and construction.
Ability to operate and maintain various types of landscaping equipment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Must be able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid Driver's License - over the age of 21, been driving for 5+ years, fewer than 2 points

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this position is to perform a variety of landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, edging, pruning, bed care and weeding
Must be willing and able to learn quickly on the job.
Assist with construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and drainage solutions
Mulching, weeding, edging, and fertilizing garden beds
Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs
Assist with seeding, fertilizing, or laying sod.
Clean grounds (e.g., dispose of leaves and debris, dispose of waste appropriately)
Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees with proper horticulture techniques
Learn to operate small-engine machinery
Perform general and routine shop maintenance duties as assigned.

Podar pequeños árboles, setos y arbustos
Ayudar con la siembra, fertilización o instalación de césped (pasto en rollo)

Plantar arbustos, flores y árboles utilizando técnicas hortícolas adecuadas

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
