The Marriage and Family Institute (Agape Counseling & Consultation Services, LLC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S), or Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT-S) to work in an outpatient private-practice mental health setting. The marriage and family therapist should feel comfortable working with a variety of family dynamics including adolescents, adults and potentially children. The ideal candidate would have a willingness to learn, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and work in an highly collaborative outpatient environment. Billing, intake coordination services, marketing and Electronic Health System is provided (and training available if needed). Experience using an electronic health records database and comfort with technology a plus.
In this role as a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical supervision and mentorship to a small team of interns and pre-licensed clinicians, while also managing a smaller caseload (15 clients max) of your own. This supervisor will also engage in ongoing collaboration and consultation with fellow practitioners while providing supervision and mentorship to a team of their own. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of emerging therapists, shape our practice, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families in the Columbus area. Therapists are W2 employees, compensated on a percentage of therapy sessions, plus percentage of their supervisees and compensated at an hourly rate for supervisory tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Clinical Supervision: Provide individual and group supervision to a team of 1-6 interns and pre-licensed clinicians.
- Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to supervisees in developing their clinical skills and professional identity.
- Case Consultation: Lead case consultations to facilitate learning and ensure ethical and effective treatment.
- Direct Client Care: Manage a smaller caseload of clients, providing individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of supervision and client sessions, and comply with all relevant ethical and legal standards.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, peer case consultation, and staff meetings and contribute to the overall development and growth of the practice.

Required:
- 2 - 5 years of clinical experience.
- State of Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S,) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S,) or Independent Marriage & Family Therapist (IMFT-S) license in good standing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred, but not required:
- Pastoral Counseling integration
- Experience with CBT, DBT, Family Systems therapy, Couples Emotion-Focused Therapy and/or Gottman Couples Therapy
