The Worship Coordinator at our Pickerington Campus is a part-time (15 hours/week) ministry leadership position that plays a key role in helping people encounter God through worship. This person will provide leadership, spiritual guidance, and administrative support for the Pickerington Campus worship ministry, creating environments where people can connect with God, engage in authentic worship, and participate fully in the life of the church.
Working closely with the Lead Pastor for Pickerington Campus and the broader Vineyard Columbus worship team, this Worship Coordinator will lead weekend worship services, develop and care for volunteer musicians and vocalists, coordinate worship planning and rehearsals, and help cultivate a culture of worship that aligns with the mission and values of Vineyard Columbus.
