KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, client-focused Interior Designer / Selections Coordinator to guide our custom homebuyers through the design and selections process, helping bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional experience while confidently guiding homebuyers through the selections process for high-end exterior and interior finishes.
- Educate homebuyers on products, available options, and design considerations to support informed decision-making.
- Develop cohesive color palettes and curated material boards using AI-assisted design tools to bring each client's vision to life.
- Prepare schematic drawings and visual aids to clearly communicate custom design concepts when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer selections and documentation within our company software
- Manage design schedules, product selections, and material specifications across multiple active homebuilding projects.
- Conduct virtual design consultations with homebuyers when needed.
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom with product displays that are current and aligned with our corporate standard selections.
- Participate in special design initiatives, including model homes, showroom enhancements, and other projects that elevate the design experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Client-Facing Confidence: Comfortable leading design presentations and advising luxury clients.
- Design Expertise: Skilled in color theory and interior design principles, and confident in making premium material, finish, and architectural design recommendations.
- Industry Passion: a genuine passion for residential design and a knack for turning client ideas into gorgeous, tangible realities.
- Detail Oriented & Organized: Proven ability to keep multiple complex custom projects organized and on schedule.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or related field (Required).
- Experience: 2+ years of interior design /selections coordination experience within residential construction (Preferred).
- Must be able to read and understand residential construction drawings and specifications.
- Design Acumen: A strong design eye with solid working knowledge of premium materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Tech Proficiencies: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required. Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Canva, AutoCAD or Chief Architect is a major plus.
- Project Management: Highly organized, able to oversee multiple luxury projects simultaneously with consistent attention to detail.
- Communication: A positive, collaborative attitude with exceptional client service and presentation skills.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.
Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate a clients schedule.

PayScale : Salary dependent heavily on experience and skillset.
