Promotional Sales & Marketing Associate

Compensation: $1,000 to $1,600 per week, performance-based compensation including weekly bonuses and incentives

About the Role

As a Promotional Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll represent well-known products and services through face-to-face customer interactions in an assigned territory. You'll become the face of nationally recognized brands by educating customers, identifying their needs, and helping them choose solutions that fit their lifestyle.

This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and personality, then teach the sales and marketing skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Engage customers through face-to-face conversations in an assigned territory
Create memorable customer experiences that build brand awareness and customer loyalty
Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and promotions
Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend the best products and services
Generate new customer acquisitions while consistently achieving individual and team sales goals
Execute promotional marketing campaigns with precision and brand consistency
Maintain expert product knowledge through ongoing training
Track daily performance metrics and contribute to campaign success
Collaborate with leadership to improve customer engagement strategies and overall campaign performance
