Collision Estimator | Germain Collision Center

This role is a big deal here. As an Estimator, you're the bridge between the guest, the insurer, and the shop. Your accuracy sets the tone for cycle time, parts flow, supplement control, and ultimately the quality of the repair. What you'll do

. Inspect vehicles, identify visible and hidden damage, and determine repair vs. replace

. Write accurate repair plans/estimates for labor, parts, and operations

. Partner closely with the Body Shop Manager/Foreman to align repair approach and production flow

. Complete insurance documentation and support fair claim outcomes

. Communicate professionally with guests and partners while keeping timelines moving

Requirements:

What we're looking for

. Detail-driven, organized, and confident communicating with both customers and teammates

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy

. Valid driver's license and ability to pass standard pre-employment screens

. Prior estimating/body shop experience is a plus (we'll consider strong candidates with related experience and the right mindset)
