Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager – Wild Eggs (Full-Time)
Location: Columbus, OH

We're seeking a passionate, experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team as we build our Columbus location. With strong Front of House leadership already in place, we're looking for a BOH-focused leader to own the kitchen and drive food quality, consistency, and efficiency from day one.

This is your chance to help build something from the ground up—with the full support of a company known for its high standards, fresh food, and people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

Complete immersive training to learn Wild Eggs' kitchen systems, food prep standards, and leadership expectations.
Manage day-to-day back of house operations, including line setup, prep, and execution during high-volume breakfast/brunch service.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
Oversee kitchen staffing, scheduling, food cost control, inventory, and vendor ordering.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards.
Partner closely with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Drive a fun, fast-paced, and team-focused kitchen environment.

What You Bring:

2+ years of kitchen/BOH management experience, preferably in breakfast, brunch, or fast-casual concepts.
Strong food safety, line management, and inventory/cost control knowledge.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Calm under pressure, focused on people and performance.
High attention to detail and a drive for consistent food quality.
Availability for pre-opening training in Louisville, KY.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary starting at $49,000–$52,000 annually, based on experience
