Full Job Description

Busy, fast pace law office specializing in immigration law with an immediate need for a Spanish Bilingual Legal Assistant/Receptionist. The candidate must be completely fluent in Spanish and English. Primary duties include greeting clients, answering high volume multiline phone system, creating and pulling files, scheduling appointments, corresponding with clients, data entry of basic legal paperwork and other general office duties. The person we are looking for has a good work history with at least three professional reference. They must be a self starter, possess a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication and documentation. The position is full time and requires good attendance record. Prior secretary/receptionist experience preferred. Previous law office experience or a legal education is preferred, but training will be provided. Please send resume to be considered for the position.
