We started THE ARMORY because we were dissatisfied with the traditional model of outpatient healthcare in the U.S. It was fragmented, reactive, and often impersonal. We knew a better way was possible.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, service-oriented nurse who thrives in a fast-paced wellness environment and is passionate about helping people improve their health. They combine strong clinical skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities and are comfortable educating prospective members about THE ARMORY's services and guiding them through the membership process.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
Has at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
Is highly proficient in starting peripheral IVs with a high success rate.
Is an RN or LPN that is IV and MED Certified
Is experienced in administering injections and medications safely and accurately.
Is knowledgeable in IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and medication administration.
Demonstrates excellent clinical judgment and patient assessment skills.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and all nursing standards.
Is calm, confident, and prepared to respond appropriately to medical emergencies or adverse reactions.
Delivers a high level of customer service and creates an exceptional patient experience from arrival through follow-up.
Builds trusting relationships with members and makes every patient feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Is passionate about preventative medicine, health optimization, and wellness.
Enjoys educating patients on treatments, services, and wellness programs.
Is comfortable discussing THE ARMORY's medical memberships and confidently guiding prospective members through the enrollment process.
Can effectively communicate the value of our services and help prospective members make informed decisions about their health.
Understands that outstanding patient care and practice growth go hand in hand.
Is self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Works collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, trainers, dietitians, and the rest of the interdisciplinary team.
Maintains treatment rooms, medications, and supplies in a clean, organized, and compliant manner.
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude every day.
Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the continued success of THE ARMORY.
