Job Title: Executive Chef, Tucci’s Italian Steakhouse

Location: Dublin, Ohio

Salary: $80-90k annually, depending on experience

Tucci's Italian Steakhouse is a long-standing, upscale dining destination located in the heart of Historic Dublin, Ohio..

Originally established as a refined yet approachable Italian-inspired restaurant, Tucci’s evolved into a hybrid concept—combining traditional Italian cuisine with steakhouse offerings like prime cuts and seafood. Over time, it became especially known for its extensive wine program, which has earned repeated recognition from Wine Spectator, including a “Best of Award of Excellence” in recent years.

The restaurant has continued to grow and modernize, including expansions to its dining space and wine cellar, while maintaining its core identity: an upscale but welcoming venue emphasizing high-quality ingredients, attentive service, and a lively social atmosphere (including a popular patio and brunch service).

Tucci’s history reflects a steady evolution from a local Italian eatery into one of Dublin’s most established and recognized steakhouse-style restaurants, known for blending tradition with contemporary dining trends.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily back-of-house operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and team efficiency.
Manage food and labor costs in alignment with budget targets.
Ensure all menu items meet brand standards for taste, presentation, and portioning.
Monitor and enforce quality control, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
Promote a collaborative and positive kitchen environment, fostering a professional workplace culture.
Assist in menu execution and seasonal planning with Corporate Executive Chef.
Hire, train, and develop team members for long-term retention and success.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a fast-paced kitchen, steakhouse environments are preferred.
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
Full availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage cost of goods (COGs) and adjust to market fluctuations effectively.
Employment contingent on a satisfactory background check.
