Full Job Description

This is not only a front desk position. We are looking for someone who wants to become a future leader within our organization and possibly train into Clinic Office Manager.

Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We can teach systems. We cannot teach attitude and drive.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include:

Greeting every patient with warmth and professionalism
Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
Responding to text messages, emails, and online inquiries
Confirming appointments and reducing no-shows
Checking patients in and out efficiently
Collecting payments and processing transactions
Managing provider schedules
Assisting patients with treatment financing when appropriate
Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area
Supporting providers and the clinical team throughout the day
Helping improve office systems and patient flow
Assisting with administrative projects as the practice continues to grow

Future Leadership Opportunity

As you demonstrate leadership, organization, and operational excellence, you'll have the opportunity to advance into an Office Manager role where you'll help lead our team, improve systems, train staff, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
