About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Program Support Designer to join our team. This full-time position, based in Hilliard, Ohio or remote, will focus on creating and maintaining on-brand designs and communications that advance the mission of LifeWise. The role also provides administrative and customer support to employees, volunteers, and senior staff.

Responsibilities

Receive, triage, and execute design requests from LifeWise programs via a ticketing system, managing multiple requests at varying stages simultaneously
Adapt existing templates and systems for new program contexts, and flag when a template needs to be rebuilt rather than stretched
Maintain organized, accessible file management so assets are findable and handoff-ready
Collaborate with senior designers and the Creative Director when work escalates beyond brand guidelines or requires a new creative direction
Document recurring request types and contribute to template or system improvements that reduce future ticket volume

Qualifications

A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
Experience in graphic design, including using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
High design standards
Ability to work with and effectively communicate with users of all levels of knowledge and skill
Exceptional customer service
Advanced ability to anticipate, diagnose, and problem solve

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands

Salary and Benefits

From $48,000 per year
