Full Job Description

At MCS Management, we are seeking an entry-level Business Management Associate to support our partnership with Kinetic Fiber. In this role, you will work directly with prospective and existing customers to understand their connectivity needs, provide information on available services, and support customer account management and relationship-building initiatives.

The Business Management Associate serves as a key point of contact for customer accounts, helping maintain positive customer relationships, support account satisfaction, and develop professional skills in business operations, customer relations, and account management. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating solutions, and learning the day-to-day responsibilities involved in business management and customer account coordination.

Role Responsibilities of the Business Management Associate

Maintain and manage customer accounts, ensuring customers receive information and solutions that align with their household or business needs.
Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and ongoing account support.
Assist customers with account updates, service inquiries, and general account-related concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide continued account assistance when needed.
Work closely with leadership and team members to support customer service initiatives, account management activities, and daily business operations.
Participate in training focused on communication, leadership development, team coordination, and the fundamentals of business management.
Maintain accurate customer records and track account activity with strong attention to detail.
Assist with administrative responsibilities, reporting, and operational projects that contribute to overall team success.

Qualities of a Business Management Associate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in business development, customer acquisition, relationship building, and professional growth.
Self-motivated with a professional and goal-oriented mindset.
Organized and detail-oriented when managing customer accounts and priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, account management, client relations, or leadership roles is a plus but not required.

Pay: $52,100.00 - $62,800.00 per year
