Full Job Description

Tax season moves fast: high volume, constant client questions, shifting priorities. That part comes with the work. Feeling isolated, undervalued, or buried without backup shouldn't. That's where we're different.

We're a medium-sized, relationship-focused firm in Dublin, OH looking for an experienced Tax Preparer who can carry a strong workload without losing sight of the people behind the returns. You'll stay busy, especially at peak, but you won't be doing it alone. When things get heavy, the team steps in.

What Your Days Look Like

You'll prepare a high volume of individual and small-business returns (1040s, 1120s, 1120-S, and 1041s) in UltraTax CS and the Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting suite, working directly with clients to gather information, answer questions, and file accurately and on time. Between returns, you'll handle QuickBooks bookkeeping, including high-level accounts, plus year-end work and occasional agency correspondence.

What You Bring

5+ years of public accounting and tax preparation experience
Strong grasp of individual and small-business tax rules
Comfort with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
CPA or EA a plus, but we're hiring for your experience and judgment

$85,000 to $110,000 based on experience, plus bonus opportunities
Your choice of schedule: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, plus hybrid flexibility after training
