Full Job Description

Working Hours: 4 - 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

About Us: Farber Specialty Vehicles is a leading industry expert in designing, developing, and manufacturing custom vehicles. Our clients range from major law enforcement agencies, hospital groups, and universities across North America and around the world. We offer flexible work hours with 10-hour days, allowing you to enjoy long weekends with a 4-day workweek. At Farber, we value experience and pay accordingly.

Responsibilities: As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities include:

Reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
Cabinetry installation.
Flooring installation.
Assembling specialty vehicles.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: We're looking for candidates who possess:

Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
Competency with various power tools such as drills, jig saws, and table saws.
Knowledge of machine operation, cutting, sawing, and drilling parts is desirable.
A strong sense of urgency to meet production goals accurately.
Knowledge of safety standards and a willingness to use personal protective equipment.
Physical capability for standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout a 10-hour shift.
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
