Current Opportunities
Lathe Team Lead (Rod Tech Staff)
Pay: Starting at $22.94/hr+ DOE (Depending on Experience).
A team lead position responsible for providing technical guidance and production support within the manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key liaison between production associates and leadership, ensuring safe, efficient operations while supporting quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift Option:
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift end times and scheduled overtime may vary based on production targets and daily output requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong technical support and guidance to production associates.
- Support daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Troubleshoot process, equipment, and production issues.
- Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Support employee training and development.
- Monitor production performance and maintain accurate documentation.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Promote continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Previous technical support or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic computer skills and production reporting experience.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Machine Team Lead
Pay: Starting at $22.94/hr+ DOE (Depending on Experience).
Operate and maintain machine line equipment while supporting safety, quality, and production requirements. Perform quality checks, complete production documentation, and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain efficient production flow.
Shift:
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Shift end times may vary based on production targets and daily output requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain assigned bulge line equipment.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot machine, safety, and quality issues.
- Respond to equipment stoppages and support production uptime.
- Assist with process improvements and countermeasures to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment reliability.
- Operate and support Fanuc robotic systems, including basic operation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper handling of non-conforming materials.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Experience:
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience operating production machinery preferred.
- Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fanuc robotics experience is a plus.
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training preferred.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Facilities HVAC Technician
Pay: 35+/hr+ Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
Shift: Day Shift (Needs to be flexable)
Shift schedule may vary based on business needs and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, circulation fans, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment throughout the facility.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities using the CMMS system.
- Respond to facility service requests and support building operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Assist with commercial HVAC installations, plumbing repairs, gas line installations, and facility improvement projects.
- Support building automation controls and environmental systems.
- Maintain a safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
- Commercial HVAC installation and maintenance experience required.
- Experience with plumbing, gas line installation/repair, and building maintenance preferred.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- CMMS system knowledge preferred.
- Intermediate blueprint reading skills.
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Certifications
- Required: EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
- Required: NFPA 70 Arc Flash Training
- Liebert Environmental Cooling Systems Training
- Low Pressure Chiller Training
- Required: Ohio Fire Detection License

Lathe Operator – Tube & Rod
Pay: Starting at $18.72+/hour with regular wage increases every 6 months during the first 2 years
Operate basic CNC machinery and support machining production while maintaining quality and production standards.
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Shift end times may vary based on production targets and daily output requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tube and rod lathe machines according to work instructions
- Inspect parts using measuring tools
- Identify non-conforming products
- Maintain production documentation
- Follow safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- BASIC CNC or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills required
Sub/Assembly Associate
Pay: Starting at $18.72+/hour with regular wage increases every 6 months during the first 2 years
Support production by assembling small and large automotive components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00/5:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30/6:30 AM
Shift end times may vary based on production targets and daily output requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble automotive parts and components
- Follow work instructions and production standards
- Perform visual quality inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet production goals and cycle time expectations
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
General Requirements (All Positions)
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift, 5–7 days per week
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work planned and unplanned overtime
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
