2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking to work with cutting-edge technology instead of producing the same parts every day?

Fabrisonic is an advanced manufacturing company specializing in Ultrasonic Additive Manufacturing (UAM), CNC machining, and research-driven production. Our team works on innovative projects for customers across multiple industries, combining additive manufacturing, machining, inspection, and problem-solving to create unique solutions.

We're seeking a skilled CNC professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys learning new technologies, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Operator/Advanced Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in both production and R&D projects by:

Programming and operating CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software
Supporting additive manufacturing and fabrication processes within our lab environment
Interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
Performing inspections using CMMs and other quality equipment
Troubleshooting machining and equipment issues
Assisting with routine machine maintenance and upkeep
Ensuring projects are completed on time and meet customer requirements
Maintaining accurate project documentation, reports, and quality records
Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and customers on innovative manufacturing solutions
Following all safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of manufacturing experience, including conventional machining
Experience with CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Working knowledge of GD&T
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a drug screening
Due to the nature of our work, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machining
Experience with CMM programming and inspection equipment
Exposure to additive manufacturing technologies
Experience working in ISO-regulated manufacturing environments

Work Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Primarily assigned to either 1st or 2nd shift
Occasional schedule adjustments may be required based on production needs
Overtime opportunities may be available with management approval
