Job Title: Compliance Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary: $20 to $25 per hour

Job Overview:

As a Compliance Coordinator at Safe and Secure Homecare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be responsible for monitoring processes, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions when necessary to maintain a high level of compliance within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Monitor and assess compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
Investigate and resolve compliance issues
Provide compliance training to employees
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance concerns
Prepare reports for management on compliance status

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in compliance or a related role
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
