Full Job Description

Full time receptionist needed for a local roofing company.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self starter with strong communication skills. Roofing or construction background is REQUIRED.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Answer calls quickly on a multi-line phone system in a courteous manner.
Return customer calls or inquiries promptly.
Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
Type and process word documents as needed. Such as proposals and customer correspondence.
Filing, faxing and emailing.
Appointment scheduling - Customer & crew.
Make customer packets.
Prepare job folders.
Calling vendors as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum 5 years clerical or administrative experience.
Accurate typing skills are a MUST.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
QuickBooks.
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
Honest and reliable.
Excellent people skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Independent person who can perform their job with minimum supervision.

Hours:
Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 4:30 - no weekends.

Paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance available & retirement available.
