Full Job Description

Overview:

Do you love powersports?

Are you passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and everything powersports? Do you enjoy helping customers and building relationships through phone calls, text messages, and email? Pony Powersports is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As an Internet Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers who inquire online about our inventory and services. Your primary responsibility will be to respond quickly to incoming leads, provide accurate information, and schedule appointments that help drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to internet leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and CRM tools.
Build rapport with customers and assist them throughout the buying process.
Provide accurate information regarding vehicle features, availability, pricing, and promotions.
Schedule sales appointments and follow up with customers to confirm upcoming visits.
Re-engage customers who miss appointments and work to reschedule visits.
Prepare Sales Associates with customer information prior to appointments.
Maintain detailed customer records and activity notes within the CRM system.
Follow up consistently with unsold prospects to nurture relationships and generate sales opportunities.
Assist with customer concerns and ensure a positive buying experience.
Greet and assist showroom customers as needed.
Contact customers after their purchase to collect customer satisfaction feedback.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to support dealership goals.
Assist with maintaining accurate website inventory listings, specifications, pricing, and current incentives.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, BDC, internet sales, or related customer-facing roles preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers by phone, text, and email.
Experience using CRM software and managing customer follow-up activities.
Passion for powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or outdoor recreation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer inquiries.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Motorcycle endorsement is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
