What You’ll Do (and Love)
- Deliver Life-Changing Stretch Sessions: Use StretchLab’s proven methods to provide customized, one-on-one assisted stretches that help clients move and feel their absolute best.
- Be a Trusted Movement Expert: Educate and coach clients on mobility, posture, recovery, and performance—leveraging your knowledge of anatomy to become their go-to resource.
- Create Lasting Client Connections: Make every client feel welcome, supported, and motivated to keep coming back.
- Champion the Brand: Team up with our front desk and sales team to convert first-time visitors into dedicated StretchLab Reynoldsburg members.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Grow through continuous education, skill-building, and collaboration with a passionate team.
What Makes You the Right Fit
You're not just passionate about fitness—you’re a movement expert with a big heart and bigger goals. You understand how powerful human connection is, and you’re ready to help clients feel their best every single day.
You Must Have One of the Following:
- A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field
- OR a current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
- OR a professional license as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Certified Athletic Trainer
- OR a credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with a strong foundation in human anatomy
Bonus Points For:
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to become certified)
- 1+ year of hands-on client experience in fitness, therapy, or wellness
- Solid understanding of functional movement and biomechanics
- Great communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- A team-first mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
- Ready to work hard, have fun, and make an impact

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:
- 4-6 hour shifts
- Morning shifts needed (starting at 8AM)
- Afternoon shifts needed (starting at 1PM)
- Some evening shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Must be able to commit to 1 year of employment
