Full Job Description

Gold rated center searching for teachers passionate about children and families! We want flexible and dedicated candidates who are interested in early childhood education as a career. We offer numerous opportunities to advance education in child related fields. We believe in enriching and educating our kids are looking for teachers equally as passionate. Previous experience is greatly preferred, however, we are willing to train. We offer CDA for all of our teachers.

Hours per week:

20-29

This Job Is:

A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education

Responsibilities

Help plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
Provide basic care and caregiving activities
Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

Qualifications

CDA or Degree Preferred
Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
Strong understanding of child development
Patient, kind, and nurturing
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
First aid/CPR certified preferred

Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
