The recruiter will earn an agreed upon percentage of eligible collected revenue generated by each successful recruit during the recruit’s first six months of paid assignments.
The commission percentage will be assigned in writing before recruitment begins. The percentage may depend on the language, location, qualifications, urgency, and difficulty of the recruitment need.
A candidate will be considered a successful recruit when:

- The candidate was not already in BELS’s contractor or applicant records.
- The candidate completes all required screening and onboarding.
- BELS approves the candidate to provide services.
- The candidate completes at least one paid assignment.
