We specialize in high-impact, custom-engineered wet-area solutions—including tub-to-shower conversions and luxury walk-in systems—often completed in as little as one day.

Job Type: Contract (1099)
Expected Earnings: $70,000 – $100,000+ per year (Base Service Fee + Commissions)

The Opportunity

Are you a high-energy "hunter" who thrives on face-to-face engagement? We aren't looking for a "flyer dropper"—we are looking for an independent Field Marketing Partner to own our local outreach and event strategy.

This is a 1099 partnership that offers the freedom of independent work with the financial upside of a high-ticket sales career. We provide the brand, the training, and the samples; you provide the hustle.

The Performance-Based Pay Structure

We utilize a Tiered Accelerator model. As you prove your consistency and the quality of your leads, your base service fee and your commission percentages "step up" automatically.

Weekly Base Service Fee: Competitive base to support territory development.
The "Qualified Sit" Bonus: $50 for every appointment that results in a completed design consultation. However, if you hit 20+ Sits in a single month, we will retroactively pay you an extra $25 for every sit that month (moving them all to $75)."
Project Commissions: A percentage of every closed contract generated from your leads.
The Accelerator: Performance tiers (Associate, Senior, and Elite) reward consistent volume with higher base fees and increased commission percentages.

Target Earnings:

Entry Level: $1,100 – $1,400 per week.
Elite Performers: $2,200+ per week.

The "3 Pillar" Lead Standard

We focus on premium, $10k+ luxury installations. To qualify for bonuses, our partners ensure every lead meets the following:

Scope: Full wet-area transformations (No minor repairs or hardware-only leads).
Decision Makers: All homeowners/spouses must be present for the consultation.
Commitment: Homeowners must be aware and available for a 90-minute design session.

What You’ll Do

Event Marketing: Represent the brand at home shows, fairs, and community markets.
Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage homeowners in high-intent neighborhoods (including "cloverleafing" around our active job sites).
Consultation Setting: Use our professional-grade "touch and feel" samples to pique interest and book appointments directly into our sales calendar.
Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring homeowners are excited for their upcoming design consultation.

Requirements

Proven Track Record: 2+ years in face-to-face marketing, canvassing, or high-ticket sales.
Independence: As a 1099 contractor, you manage your own schedule and transportation.
Communication: Ability to articulate the value of custom, premium home upgrades.
Resilience: A "hunter" mentality with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on the next "Yes."
Availability: Must be available for peak times, including weekends (events) and early evenings (outreach).
