Full Job Description

Solar Tint is the largest 3M dealer of window tint in the midwest and we are rapidly growing. Along with tinting, we produce and install signs, environmental graphics, Safety and Security film, and attachment systems, which keeps the business growing. We have a great team with a good attitude and would like to add similar, hard working people. We are looking for pleasant, reliable people who are interested in a career. We will train!

Position:

Commercial and Residential Installer of Window Tinting, Vinyl, Signage, and glazing.

Starting pay is $22.00 an hour. We will train. No experience necessary.

Typical hours are Monday - Friday between 7AM-5PM but can vary as this is field work. Some evenings or Saturdays may be required depending on when we can access certain job sites. You must be available to work out of town a minimum of 25% of the time. Traveling crews get a 10% pay differential and per-diem and are home on the weekend.

Qualification Requirements:

Familiarity with Hand tools
Ability to work with Glass Installation & Window Coverings
Willingness to learn and work on construction sites
Capability to read Blueprints and follow instructions
Ability to use basic Math for measurements
Physically fit for heavy lifting tasks
MUST have a High School Education or Equivalent
MUST have a Valid Drivers License
MUST be willing to Travel 25%
MUST pass Mandatory Background Check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Install window tint, wall & window coverings, and graphics according to Blueprint specifications.
Utilize hand tools to complete installations efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
