INPATIENT REGISTERED NURSE (IPU RN)

Location
Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC)
Polacca, AZ

Schedule

12-Hour Shifts
Days: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Nights: 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays
Block Scheduling May Be Available

Position Overview

HHCC is seeking experienced Inpatient Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive Medical-Surgical nursing care in a Critical Access Hospital setting. RNs will deliver direct patient care, monitor and assess patients, coordinate treatment plans, and support 24/7 inpatient operations for both adult and pediatric populations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct inpatient Medical-Surgical nursing care
Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Support 24/7 inpatient hospital operations
Deliver culturally sensitive care to Tribal communities

Minimum Requirements

Active, Unrestricted RN License (Any U.S. State or Territory)
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
Minimum 2 Years RN Experience
Minimum 2 Years Medical-Surgical or Comparable Inpatient Experience

Required Certifications

BLS
ACLS
PALS

Preferred Experience

Rural Healthcare
Tribal Health/IHS Experience
Critical Access Hospital Experience
Limited-Resource Healthcare Settings

Contract Details

Task Order-Based Assignment
Contract Available Under 5-Year IDIQ
Full Credentialing & Onboarding Required Prior to Start
