Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Contract BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Clinical Director to lead our Pediatric ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Program. This role is unique and requires credentialing with support, empowering you to focus on delivering exceptional behavioral health services to our children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. As Clinical Director, you will support credentialing, oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of patient care in a vibrant, supportive setting With small case/client loads.
Duties
The primary focus of this position is clinical program development, treatment oversight, RBT supervision, authorization documentation, quality assurance, and day to day clinical leadership, initial credentialing and contracting will be the focus.

- Lead and manage the pediatric ABA program, ensuring effective implementation of behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Provide clinical supervision to BCBA and RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) to inform individualized treatment strategies.
- Oversee data collection processes meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Coordinate intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for new clients, ensuring thorough patient assessments and accurate medical documentation.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding medical records and sensitive client information.
- Support families through client communication, providing guidance on behavior intervention techniques and progress updates.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
The selected BCBA must be prepared to provide the credentialing company with the following, as applicable as well as be comfortable with the below requirements :
- Current résumé or curriculum vitae
- Active BACB certification verification
- Active Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst credential
- Individual Type 1 NPI confirmation
- CAQH provider identification number
- Current CAQH attestation
- Government-issued identification
- Social Security number and date of birth for secure credentialing purposes
- Education, internship, and training history
- Complete professional employment history
- Explanations for applicable employment gaps
- Professional references
- Professional liability insurance information
- W-9 and contractor documentation
- Background-check authorization and supporting records
- Medicaid and commercial payer enrollment history
- Copies of professional certifications and continuing-education records
- Information regarding any applicable malpractice claims, sanctions, investigations, disciplinary actions, or payer terminations
- Signed releases permitting primary-source credential verification
- Information necessary for OIG, , and Ohio Medicaid exclusion screening
- Valid BCBA certification with experience working with children, especially those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities in settings such as schools, homes, or clinics.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and behavioral psychological assessments.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing effective behavior intervention plans.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA.
- Background in special education or school-based settings is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach toward working with children with disabilities.
- Newly certified through approximately five years of BCBA experience
Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply. Future Scholars will provide administrative and credentialing support, but the selected clinician must be prepared to grow into the clinical leadership responsibilities of the program.
- Experience serving preschool-aged children
- Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians
- Knowledge of ABA CPT codes
- Experience preparing ABA authorization or reauthorization documentation
- Familiarity with Medicaid-compliant documentation
- Experience in a center, preschool, childcare, school, or integrated pediatric setting
- Experience collaborating with speech, occupational therapy, education, or care-coordination professionals
- Interest in developing a new ABA program
- Family-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach

Pay: $52,090.00 - $58,770.00 per year
