Current Opportunities
Multi-Craft Electro-Mechanical Technician
Pay Range: $35.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Provide advanced technical support for manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and robotic systems. This hands-on position plays a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production performance.
Shift Option:
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM or 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM- 7:00 AM
Rotating weekend coverage required.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated manufacturing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment improvements.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Support PLC and robotic troubleshooting.
- Install, calibrate, repair, and upgrade manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and machine documentation.
- Support continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Partner with Production and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Promote safe work practices and maintain 6S standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical, automotive, or related experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- PLC and robotics experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Chrome Line Specialist
Pay Range: $22.00–$30.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Provide strong technical expertise and frontline production support within chrome processing operations. This role requires strong manufacturing knowledge, equipment troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support daily operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Shift Option:
1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Shift end times and overtime may vary based on production targets and daily output requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily chrome line operations and production requirements.
- Monitor process performance and maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to production associates.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Previous technical support, lead, or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with chemical processing, plating, or finishing operations preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Rod Technical Staff
Pay Range: $22.00–$30.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Provide technical guidance and production support within the manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key resource between production associates and leadership while supporting safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift Option:
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift end times and overtime may vary based on production targets and daily output requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong technical support and guidance to production associates.
- Support daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Troubleshoot process, equipment, and production issues.
- Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Support employee training and development.
- Monitor production performance and maintain accurate documentation.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Promote continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Previous technical support or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic computer skills and production reporting experience.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Weld Technician Team Leader
Pay Range: $22.00–$30.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Support robotic welding operations by troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining weld quality, and providing technical support to production teams. This role serves as a technical resource for weld operations while supporting production uptime, quality standards, and continuous improvement efforts.

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift end times and overtime may vary based on production targets and daily output requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support robotic welding operations and daily production activities.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain welding equipment.
- Assist with resolving machine, process, and quality issues.
- Monitor weld quality and ensure production standards are maintained.
- Perform repair welds as needed.
- Support Fanuc robot operation, manipulation, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with new model launches and process improvements.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Support training and knowledge sharing within the department.
Qualifications:
- Welding or manufacturing experience required.
- Previous robotic welding experience preferred.
- Fanuc robotics experience is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot safety, quality, and equipment issues.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
General Requirements (All Positions)
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Ability to work 5–7 days per week as needed.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work planned and unplanned overtime.
