Your Role

As a New Lexus Sales Consultant, you will:

Deliver a refined, consultative buying experience tailored to each guest
Assist clients in selecting a new Lexus vehicle that fits their lifestyle and preferences
Guide guests through the entire process—from introduction to delivery
Demonstrate vehicle features through thoughtful, personalized presentations and test drives
Build lasting relationships that lead to loyalty, repeat business, and referrals
Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities
Continuously develop knowledge of new Lexus models, technology, and services
