We are looking for seasoned professionals as well as those new to the industry with a passionate work ethic and desire to learn, to join our team. Overview:

Sheedy Paving Inc. is hiring experienced asphalt workers heading into the 2025 Season! Applicants must take pride in their work, be reliable and have positive attitudes with a mindset of safety at the forefront. These positions offer great pay and benefits! Sheedy Paving is a drug free workplace.

Postions Available:

Asphalt Laborer, Lute Man
Asphalt Roller Operator
Asphalt Milling Laborer

Minimum Requirements:

Pre-employment drug screening required. Random drug screenings may occur during the season.
Minimum 3 Years previous experience in the asphalt industry preferred.
Must adhere to and actively participate in Company Safety Program and foster a culture of safety.
Criminal Background Checks routinely required for various projects throughout the year.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Class A CDL preferred and commensurates with an increase in hourly pay.
Daily attendance and punctuality are a Must! Successful candidates will be on time, have excellent work ethic, be coachable, arrive prepared to work, be energetic with a positive attitude.
Saturday work routinely required.
Must be in good physical condition.
Previous experience with asphalt rakes, shovels, skid steers, skid steer attachments, partner saws, ground tampers, rollers and other asphalt equipment helpful.
Some out of town travel may be required with company paid lodging, meals and transportation.

Minimum Starting Pay $28.00 / Hour
