Experience: No prior roofing or sales experience required

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in roofing sales. No previous industry or sales experience is required; we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

The Roofing Sales Representative will meet with homeowners, inspect roofing systems, identify potential damage or replacement needs, and educate customers about available roofing solutions. The ideal candidate will be dependable, personable, motivated, and comfortable communicating with homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct residential roof inspections and identify signs of damage or wear.
Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing needs and provide professional recommendations.
Explain roofing replacement options, materials, and the overall replacement process.
Prepare and present estimates and sales proposals.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate customer information.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
Maintain professional communication and appearance when representing the company.
Follow company safety, inspection, and sales procedures.

Qualifications

No prior roofing or sales experience required.
Must climb ladder
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and discussing their property needs.
Ability to learn roofing products, inspection procedures, and sales techniques.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to work outdoors and safely access residential properties.
