Job Overview
Transit & Flow Group is seeking a highly motivated, construction-minded Construction Estimator & Sales Consultant to join our growing Central Ohio team.
This is not a desk-only estimating position.
The Estimator & Sales Consultant will serve as a critical link between the customer, project scope, pricing, sales, and field operations. You will meet customers on-site, evaluate projects, take accurate measurements, document existing conditions, determine labor and material requirements, develop detailed scopes of work, prepare professional estimates, present solutions, follow up with customers, and close profitable projects.
Transit & Flow Group provides residential, commercial, remodeling, construction, property, facility, and emergency services across Central Ohio. Our service platform covers hundreds of individual services and multiple trades, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable evaluating a wide variety of properties and project types.
You do not need to personally perform every trade. However, you must have enough construction knowledge to recognize project requirements, ask the right questions, accurately document conditions, identify when a licensed or specialty trade partner is required, and build a scope that our operations team can successfully execute.
This is a revenue-producing position for someone who understands both construction and sales.

Why Transit & Flow Group?
Transit & Flow Group is building a different type of property-services company.
Instead of forcing customers and property managers to coordinate multiple contractors, our model is built around providing one accountable partner across multiple trades and property needs.
Our platform serves residential customers, commercial properties, property managers, investors, and facilities throughout Central Ohio.
The breadth of our service platform creates significant opportunity for an estimator who understands how to recognize needs beyond the original customer request.
A flooring consultation may uncover baseboard or subfloor work.
A bathroom project may expand into flooring, drywall, painting, fixtures, or additional remodeling.
A storm-damage inspection may involve roofing, gutters, siding, windows, restoration, and interior repairs.
A commercial service call may lead to an ongoing facility-maintenance relationship.
The Estimator & Sales Consultant plays an important role in identifying those opportunities while ensuring every recommendation provides legitimate value to the customer.
How Success Is Measured
Success in this position is based on:
Accurate Measurements + Complete Scope + Profitable Pricing + Professional Presentation + Strong Close Rate + Clean Project Handoff + Excellent Customer Experience
We are looking for someone who wants to help build projects, relationships, revenue, and a growing Central Ohio service brand.
