Jason’s deli @ Dublin is looking for a manager that enjoys connecting with people. A manager that understands connecting with staff, guests and catering clients is more than a title. We aren't seeking a chef or a food guru, we want someone passionate about people and also enjoys the restaurant business.

Day in the Life of Managers:

· As an opening manager your day starts by 6am ready to welcome your team and into catering preparations and setup for lunch.

· Juggle deliveries and a bustling lunch rush with precision and care.

· Transition smoothly into dinner with our closing manager that enters at 1pm.

· As a closing manager, you lead your team through dinner until the doors close at 9pm, aiming to wrap up by 9:45pm.

Our Co. Culture:

We are committed to the well-being of our managers. As a manager you can expect:

· No more than 3 closing shifts per week.

· 4 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

· Flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time management.

· 8-20+ days of paid time off per year

Our preferences:

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment and a crew of a 12+ during peak hours.

· You are available Mon – Sun, for lunch & dinner.

· A 36-45 hr work week for managers.

· You have some training experience or at least 1 year of management experience.

· You are passionate about developing the potential of our people and loving our guests.

Why you should apply:

· Hourly shift managers can start up to $55,000 per year.

· All managers are offered at least 1 Sat/Sun off per month.

· No alcohol served and no fryers!

· All GM promotions are from within, with potential for $100k+ incomes.
