We’re looking for experienced Drill & Shovel Mechanics with a strong background working on Epiroc or Atlas Copco surface drilling equipment. If you know your way around Pit Viper, PV271, DML, DM45, or D65 drills and take pride in solving complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems in the field, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced heavy equipment mechanics who have a strong background servicing large surface mining drills.
- 3–5+ years of experience working on Epiroc or Atlas Copco surface drills
- Hands-on experience with equipment such as Pit Viper, PV271, DML, DM45, and/or D65
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience diagnosing faults and completing breakdown repairs in the field
- Ability to work independently and make sound troubleshooting decisions
- Experience completing planned maintenance, inspections, and component repairs
- Comfortable working on large-scale mining and drilling equipment
- Strong understanding of safe work practices and mining environments
- Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and accurate diagnostics
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with customers and site teams
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on large surface drilling equipment
- Perform breakdown repairs and field service work
- Complete planned maintenance, inspections, and component replacements
- Troubleshoot and repair Epiroc and Atlas Copco drilling equipment
- Work on equipment including Pit Viper, PV271, DML, DM45, and D65
- Identify parts and required repairs to minimize equipment downtime
- Perform accurate diagnostics and communicate repair requirements to site personnel
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and workmanship
- Support customers and site teams with technical troubleshooting
- Work independently while contributing to an experienced field service team
Pay: $55.00–$65.00 per hour
