Full Job Description

Join Our Culinary Team at Tucci’s Italian Steakhouse!

Tucci’s, a premier Italian steakhouse located in the heart of Dublin, Ohio, is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team. Known for our high-quality steaks, fresh seafood, and Italian-inspired cuisine, Tucci’s delivers an elevated dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including line execution, prep, inventory, and sanitation
Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Toast POS and MarginEdge a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meets Tucci’s high standards
Supervise and train back-of-house team members
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
Assist in inventory, ordering, and cost control
