License/Certs: BLS, valid Surgical Tech certification
Experience: 5+ years CST experience, including 2+ years in cardiac & vascular, 1+ year CVOR, and experience in Level I Trauma facilities

Pay Rate: $62.47/hour

What You’ll Do

Scrub and assist during Cardiovascular Operating Room procedures including CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement, and more
Prepare and handle cardiovascular and thoracic instrumentation and equipment
Maintain aseptic technique throughout surgical procedures
Support circulation and documentation activities within the EPIC charting system
Assist with instrument reprocessing and equipment documentation
Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and procedural success
Participate in call duties as part of your schedule, with equitable distribution of call hours and weekend rotations

What You Need

Valid Surgical Tech certification with at least 5 years of CST experience
Minimum of 2 years in cardiac and vascular surgeries
1+ year CVOR experience in a Level I Trauma facility
Experience with cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing
BLS certification required
Strong aseptic technique, teamwork, and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with EPIC charting system
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and call shifts
