What You’ll Do

This is a face-to-face sales role focused on helping homeowners protect and restore their properties.

You will:

Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners
Perform property inspections and identify roofing/restoration needs
Guide customers through insurance claim processes
Present solutions and close deals
Train weekly with experienced sales leaders
Develop real-world communication, sales, and leadership skills

Every conversation builds confidence, experience, and income potential.

Compensation & Growth

Income Potential

First Month: $3,000–$6,000
First 3–6 Months: $8,000–$15,000/month
Experienced Reps: $15,000–$25,000+/month
Sales Leadership: $200,000–$350,000+/year
