Lead Sales Associate Position Summary
As the Lead Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving membership growth, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and helping ensure consistent execution of the SweatHouz sales and service process.
The Lead Sales Associate is a senior, high-performing member of the studio team who leads by example on the sales floor. You will spend the majority of your time working directly with leads, intro guests, members, and prospective members while also helping coach and support other Sales Associates.
This is a hands-on sales and customer service position—not a traditional management role. The ideal Lead Sales Associate is someone who loves talking with people, is comfortable selling memberships, takes ownership of results, and naturally helps elevate the performance of the team around them.
Your schedule will include a combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts based on the needs of the studio.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an energetic, confident salesperson with a strong customer-service mindset and a track record of achieving sales goals.
They are comfortable starting conversations, asking thoughtful discovery questions, understanding a guest's goals and motivations, presenting membership options, handling objections, and confidently asking for the sale.
They also enjoy helping others improve. They can provide coaching and feedback to other Sales Associates while maintaining a positive, supportive team environment.
Most importantly, the right candidate believes in the importance of health and wellness and is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, membership-based businesses, or other service-oriented sales environments.
