Full Job Description

Warehouse Manager
Full-Time Shift:

MON-FRI 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

OVERVIEW:

As a full-time Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day inside operations, logistics, and expediting activities to support customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Supporting business-to-business sales and customer service activities, including backlog reporting, order entry, and RMA management
Managing inventory including min/max levels, bin locations and labels, placing and fulfilling orders, receiving, transferring and shipping inventory
Managing staged orders and product assembly
Ensuring correct handling of all paperwork associated with inventory, shipments, and sales
Supervising, evaluating, and training warehouse staff
Communicating with Sales Support and Account Manager teams
Managing returned product, inventory adjustments, transfers, and stock discrepancies
Managing and conducting cycle counts and full inventory counts
Maintaining orderly and tidy warehouse space, ordering supplies, managing freight, and managing scheduled maintenance for equipment
Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

18 years of age or older
3+ years of warehouse and supervisory experience required
Possess a current full valid driver's license
Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 80lbs, for a full shift
Ability to pass forklift certification, previous forklift experience a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Self-directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and sense of urgency
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving and decision-making skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

$75,000 anually
