Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Design Execution: Create compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media assets.
Creative Concepting: Develop innovative design concepts and visuals that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative team to ensure seamless project execution.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Design Standards: Maintain consistency in design standards and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
3+ years of experience in graphic design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles and digital user experience
Experience with creating and managing WordPress websites
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
