We're hiring In-Home Sales Representatives to close storm restoration opportunities. We hand you preset appointments and marketing support — you bring the drive to close. If you've earned well in high-ticket or in-home sales and want a bigger runway, this is it.

What You'll Do

Run preset appointments and self-generated leads with homeowners
Inspect roofs and exteriors to identify storm damage needs
Present tailored solutions and close in-home
Own the full cycle: Inspection → Estimate → Presentation → Close
Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure approach
Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and production goals

What You Bring

Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (preferred)
A background in in-home or high-ticket closing
Strong communication and the ability to build rapport fast
Knowledge of — or willingness to learn — insurance restoration
Self-motivated, results-driven, and coachable
Valid driver's license and reliable local transportation
