The Job
We run six trampoline and adventure parks across Columbus, Dayton, and Cleveland, and we love nothing better than watching a school bus pull up and sixty kids pour through our doors. Our weekends are packed. Our weekday mornings and afternoons have room for a lot more of those buses, and that's where you come in.
At its heart, this is a business development role: your job is to keep six parks' calendars full of happy groups. Field trips, daycare and preschool visits, homeschool days, camps, youth sports teams, scout troops, church youth groups, team outings, and fundraiser nights. You'll find the people who organize kids' groups, connect with them, show them what a day at our parks does for their kids, and book it. When you do your job well, thousands of kids have the best day of their month, and you'll see the results in your commission check.
What You'll Do
Build relationships that turn into bookings.
- Get to know the people who run kids' groups in each park's community: teachers and principals, PTA and PTO leaders, daycare directors, coaches, scout leaders, youth pastors, and camp organizers.
- Reach out with energy: calls, emails, and friendly in-person visits with our kits. You'll be the person schools and groups think of when they want a day out.
- Help our General Managers do the same - you're the expert, but you can't be everywhere at once. They are local and can get to all these folks more easily.
- Book the events, with clear pricing and simple paperwork, and hand each one to the park team that hosts it.
Own your calendar and your number.
- Keep your conversations organized in our pipeline system, work toward quarterly booked-revenue goals, and watch your uncapped commission grow with every group you land.
- Share a quick weekly scoreboard from our template: pipeline, bookings, upcoming events. Fifteen minutes on Fridays.
Be there for the fun you create.
- Welcome the groups you book, when you can. Greet the buses, check in with the organizers, and turn a great field trip into a fall re-booking and a fundraiser night into an annual tradition.
Capture the moments (about 10% of the job).
- You'll see amazing moments every week, so snap photos and short videos of the groups and events you book and send them to our marketing team. A little social media savvy goes a long way here, but our marketing partners handle the channels. Your focus is the groups.
Who You Are
- Bold, outgoing, and genuinely social. You love meeting people, you're not afraid to pick up the phone or walk in and introduce yourself, and asking for the booking feels natural, not scary.
- Great with kids and great with the people who organize them. You can light up a gym full of nine-year-olds and have a professional, helpful conversation with their principal in the same hour.
- Experienced in getting people to yes: 2+ years in sales, business development, or group/event sales is ideal, and we love backgrounds like hotel or venue group sales, catering sales, fundraising, membership sales, or media sales. If your experience is a PTA presidency or a booster club that broke its fundraising record, tell us about it.
- Organized and dependable: lots of open conversations across six communities, nothing dropped, everything followed up.
- Comfortable with a phone camera and basic social media. You don't need to be a videographer; you need an eye for a great moment.
- A reliable car and willingness to travel across Ohio weekly, with some evenings and Saturdays around the events you book.
- Bonus points: existing school, PTA, church, or youth-sports relationships in Columbus, Dayton, or Cleveland; a teaching, coaching, or camp background; bilingual.
Pay and Perks
- $45,000–$55,000 base depending on experience, plus uncapped commission on the group and event revenue you book. Strong performers should clear $65,000+ in year one, and the ceiling is yours to set.
- Free family membership at all six parks: your kids, nieces, nephews, and friends jump free.
- Based in the Columbus area (parks in Hilliard, Dublin, and Pickerington, plus Huber Heights, Miamisburg, and Middleburg Heights).
- Reports directly to ownership. Real territory, real support, no bureaucracy.
How to Apply
Email [email protected] with: (1) your resume; (2) a short note about a booking, deal, or event you personally made happen, with the numbers if you have them; and (3) our favorite part: a 60-second video, shot on your phone, telling us how you'd get three school groups booked at one of our parks in your first 30 days. No polish needed. We just want to meet the person who'll be opening doors for us.
We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
