Description

Job Title: Human Resource Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary Range: $20 to $25 per hour

Job Overview:

As a Human Resource Associate at Safe and Secure Homecare, you will play a key role in supporting HR functions by assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. You will be a vital part of our team, helping us to create a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Conduct employee onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate
Assist with benefits administration and employee relations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state labor laws

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
