Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking an Office Assistant to work with our client. In this role, you will handle various clerical and administration duties and assist with complex medical help related questions.

Job Duties:

Handle incoming calls from clients and assist them with Complex Medical Help-related questions.
Enter, edit, verify and upload case file data (e.g., Medical and/or financial applications and other agency data forms).
Perform basic clerical tasks such as:
- Process and distributes incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Prepare files for electronic conversion, storage or indexing

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with computers and navigating between systems.
Call center experience and working with medical case file reviews.
Experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
Ability to handle a high-volume case load.
