Senior Systems\Network Engineer - Managed Services Provider

Location: Central Ohio (Remote/Hybrid with training on-site)

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Systems/Network Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting IT solutions across diverse client environments. From solving complex server issues to building resilient networks, you’ll be hands-on with a wide variety of technologies, ensuring our clients can focus on running their businesses while we keep their IT running smoothly.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Configuring, and supporting LAN/WAN networks (Fortinet, Ubiquiti, and Meraki are a plus!)
Troubleshooting and maintaining Windows Servers (2016, 2019, 2022) and hypervisors (Hyper-V)
Supporting hybrid and cloud environments, especially M365 Modern Workplace solutions (Intune, Entra, Endpoint Manager, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams)
Working with Azure environments and cloud integrations
Collaborating with a talented IT team to resolve escalated issues and deliver exceptional client support
Leveraging service ticketing systems and RMM tools to keep workflows efficient

What We’re Looking For

Preferred skills and experience:

Strong LAN/WAN engineering background
Deep knowledge of Windows Server and virtualization platforms
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud solutions
Exposure to Azure services and integrations
Familiarity with service ticketing and remote monitoring/management tools
Prior MSP experience is a plus

Compensation & Perks

Salary: $65,000 – $90,000/year + bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard 8-hour shifts with occasional on-call rotation (bonused)
